Bio-oil emulsified fuel achieved stable combustion on diesel engine and emission indexes reached the national emission standards for 0# diesel. The physico-chemical properties of bio-oil / diesel emulsified fuels were closed to diesel. The ordinary diesel engine without modification could start and run normally when the bio-oil / diesel emulsified fuels were used. A novel emulsion method and automatic production device of the bio-oil / diesel emulsified fuels were developed.

The technique of bio-oil phenolic resin plywood was broke through. Bio-oil phenolic resin had a lower curing temperature and a lower reaction heat compared to the traditional phenolic resin. The standard of bio-oil phenolic resin was drafted and its production technology were developed. Bio-oil phenolic resin plywood achieved the requirements of class I board and formaldehyde release amount reached E0 level standard.
